About the Blood and Cancer Clinic Multiple Myeloma Support Group!
The
Multiple Myeloma Support Group is comprised of multiple myeloma
survivors and their caregivers. We are the result of a need for
information and mutual support in dealing with this disease.
Multiple
Myeloma is a cancer of the bone marrow. More specifically, it is an
uncontrolled growth of the plasma cells. There are many approaches to
help myeloma patients live better and longer.
The purpose of
this support group is to give myeloma survivors and their loved ones
the support and information they need to live more productive lives.
